The strategy of the Fraikin Group is based on three key objectives
Deliver profitable growth
The Fraikin Group has developed a growth strategy deployed in both leading markets (France, UK, Benelux, Spain), and in new markets (Poland, Switzerland). To satisfy customer needs, it is continuously developing new service offerings across its business lines. As part of this process, Fraikin is expanding its sales teams; significant efforts have been made in this area over the past three years.
Pursue ongoing reorganisation
Fraikin has initiated a process of reorganisation, particularly in the UK, Belgium and Luxembourg. The aim is to overhaul its customer portfolio in order to concentrate on the most profitable customers and contracts and thus bring margins up to Group standards. This reorganisation has already had a positive impact and will continue to bring results.
Increase operational profitability
Fraikin is continuously improving the efficiency of its economic model through two key levers: the scale effect created by its network and purchasing power, and the optimised management of its vehicle fleet, based in particular on a high level of maintenance and an increased rate of vehicle use.
