For more than 60 years, the Fraikin Group has been expanding across Europe. Today, it ranks among the leaders on the industrial, utility and commercial vehicle hire market with an integrated multiservice offering. On 1 January 2007, Fraikin had a fleet of almost 53,000 vehicles, of which 42,000 are directly owned and 11,000 under fleet management.
In France, the Fraikin Group relies on three networks, each one specialising in a specific vehicle segment(heavy goods vehicles, utility and commercial vehicles, semi-trailers), to provide a full service covering commercial, technical and administrative management.
The Fraikin Group is number one in France in terms of turnover and ranks among the leaders in Europe. On 1 January 2007, the Group had around 3,500 employees working in more than 230 service centres and depots in France, the UK, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland and Switzerland.
